operation.

Professional / Clean / Comfortable / budget oriented with style.
We do NOT:
Skimp & have used soap bars (or no soap or shampoo),have old worn towels and
sheets.
We do:
Continually renovate to make the apts. more comfortable -
f.ex. updating showers, painting, etc.
We contribute:
Within the last 6 months - we have donated rooms for The Chicago Underground /
Ballroom Marfa, The Clientel / Marfa Book Co, Marfa Studio of Arts intern, Ballroom
artists in residence. We believe in community spirit.
This is a Business - not a hobby rental that has popped up b/c we
might not be using the space some weekend

month in advance, you will receive the full amount, less any PayPal fees and the $50 fee. If cancellation

Return of forgotten items: Unfortunately, in the last month, we have had
four guests forget items at the apartments. We request that guests pay
for the shipping costs of such items.
