The Cobalt Door has the largest yard that is suitable for larger dogs. The patio area is a bit bare,
although we have started landscaping following the removal of a messy Mulberry tree.
The apartment has a fully renovated bath/shower. Our artiest floor treatment - the old plank floors.
A sofa bed in the living room can allow for a 3rd guest.
