Tom Jacobs and Vilis Inde own and operate STAY marfa.
We have a lot of help, including Janet who knows everything about our reservations.
Clifford and Kriksis would like to think that they also help out.
Tom and Vilis are full-time residents of Marfa.
Vilis operates i n d e / j a c o b s gallery i/2 block down from the apartments. The
gallery exhibits works on paper by Donald Judd, Dan Flavin, Hiroshi Sugimoto & several
emerging artists. The construction of a new gallery is in process (but currently on
hold). Gallery hours: Thurs-Sat: 12-5.

Vilis serves as the President of the board of Marfa Studio for the Arts, a community
arts organization that provides art classes in the public schools
www.marfastudioofarts.org. He is also on the Planning and Zoning Board of Marfa.
Tom writes a financial newsletter for The Motley Fool - "Special Ops" (www.fool.com)
