These are the best places to stay in Marfa! Well designed with IKEA and other modern furnishings, the place has all the
elements of Marfa charm with its mix of West Texas and modern minimalism . The owners are wonderful people and
helped me with local advice . . . Being so close to everything was great and easily walkable to any place downtown. You
also can't beat having your own full kitchen to cook and a private patio to relax after a night on the town. If you're looking
for a place to get away and feel like you live in Marfa this is by far the place to stay.

Cancellation & Other Policies
Cancellation Fees: If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the beginning of your visit, we will proved a full refund less a
$50 cancellation fee and any related PayPal fees that we have incurred. If you cancel within 30 days, we will provide a
refund, less the cancellation fee, if we rent the reserved apartment.
Mailing of forgotten items: We understand that guests forget items at the apartments. We are happy to mail such
items as long as the cost for mailing and packing are paid. There is a minimum cost of $20 for this service.

Apartment Rental v. Hotel
Hotels provide maid service, which may include fresh towels and sheets daily. STAY marfa does not have daily maid
service. We provide plenty of towels (at least two sets / person), etc. For visits that are longer than 2-3 days, we try to
provide sufficient everything, but someone is available to provide all necessities.
We feel that we provide an excellent value and comfort BUT if you want pampering, you should consider a hotel.
